ANNUAL PAYMENTS

Annual payments are due without any invitation and annually by June 30^th of the calendar year following the year of issuance of a decision on registration or authorisation. A payment of annual fees in 2022 is due for biocidal products having a legal force date of the decision prior 31.12.2021 (including).

Deadline for annual fee payments: by 30.6.2022

Period of grace for annual fee payments under double amount of annual fee: by 30.9.2022

Result of non-payment: cancellation of a biocidal product effective since October 1^st, 2022

Annual fee legal basis: § 14 para 11 to 18 of Act No. 319/2013 Coll. (“Biocides Act”)

Annual fee tariff legal basis: § 1 para 3 of Ordinance of Government No. 340/2013 Coll. (“Ordinance”)

The most frequent Annual Fees Tariffs:

(i) Transitional registrations under § 20 of the Biocides Act and § 1 para 3, letter f) of the Ordinance: 150 €

(ii) Authorisations resulting from mutual recognition, including same biocidal product authorisations (Regulation EU No 528/2012):

(ii)(a) Individual biocidal product - § 1 para 3, lett. c) of the Ordinance: 300 €

(ii)(b) Biocidal product family - § 1 para 3, lett. d) of the Ordinance: 400 €

Further details for annual fee payments:

Annual fees should be paid individually in relation to an individual biocidal product stating a corresponding variable symbol identifying the respective biocidal product (§ 2 para 2 of the Ordinance).

Your bank will provide you information on requirements to use SEPA payment.

Bank fees are paid by a payer.

Identification of a payment: please state VARIABLE SYMBOL.

Making variable symbol:

Transitional registrations: Numerals of a registration number without letters and slashes represent a variable symbol.

Examples: Registration number bio/XXX/D/YY/Z/CCHLP: variable symbol XXXYYZ; or Registration number bio/XXXX/D/YY/CCHLP: variable symbol XXXXYY

Authorisations:  First 5 to 10 numerals of an authorisation number.

Examples: authorisation No. SK14-MRS-010-451/14: variable symbol 14010; or

Authorisation No. 2010/1349/8153/SK/MA/10552: variable symbol 201013498, and similarly.

Specific symbol: 2022
